1. Delivery Timelines & Courier Partners

We partner with Bangladesh’s leading courier networks (Steadfast, Pathao Courier, RedX, and eCourier) to ensure reliable doorstep delivery. Inside Dhaka metropolitan area, orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours. For all other district headquarters and upazilas, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

Standard shipping within Dhaka is ৳60–৳80, and outside Dhaka is ৳120–৳150 depending on parcel weight and location. We provide complimentary free delivery across Bangladesh on all qualifying orders exceeding ৳5,000.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Pre-Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is supported nationwide. Customers can also make instant secure online payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Visa/MasterCard at checkout. For select high-value items or remote delivery addresses, a nominal advance delivery fee may be required before consignment creation.

4. Package Inspection & RMA Returns

All shipments are dispatched with tamper-evident security tape. We advise customers to inspect the outer packaging in the presence of the delivery rider. In the unlikely event of damage, incorrect item, or missing accessories, please contact our support team immediately or initiate an RMA return request through your customer account within 48 hours.
